Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 水資源及環境工程學系 === 89 === One of the major sources of dioxin emission is incinerator. The estimation on dioxin emission is also an important topic besides the composition of refuse, operation temperature, air input, retention time, and air pollution control equipments. For now, the real amount of dioxin emission is affirmed by assay. The analysis process is so complicated that takes much time and money, however, we still cannot get the real-time values on continuous dioxin emission. Gray relation and regression analysis are both used in this research to build the correlations among the factors of the composition of refuse, operation conditions, air pollution prevention parameters, stack emission, and establish the estimation method of dioxin emission. The dioxin composition discussed in this research is divided into three parts: total dioxin amount, dioxin in fly ash and bottom ash, and dioxin in flue-gas. The incinerator process is divided into four parts: refuse receiving, incineration operation, air pollution prevention equipments, and stack flue-gas. The gray relation is used to figure out the major conditions of dioxin formation, and the regression analysis is used to conclude the dioxin emission equation. The compositions, quantities, and qualities of the refuse play important roles in the influence of refuse receiving. In the aspect of operation temperature, furnace temperature, after-stoker temperature are major factors. As the air quantities are concerned, stage 1, 2, and secondary air are found to be the major factors to the incineration efficiency. The formation of the precursor of dioxin, by the way, contradicts the efficiency of incineration. The temperature and water containing ratio in the air pollution prevention equipments such as temperature of economizer air, flue-gas conveyor, flow rate of lime slurry used in semi-dry scrubber, and refuse water have significant effects on the re-formation of precursors outside the furnace. There is a positive relation between the concentration and the unlightness of the dust in the inlet of stack as the flue-gas in stack is concerned. Concentration of carbon monoxide in the inlet of stack is evaluated as index of dioxin formation concentration. Reinforcements of automatic monitoring system of VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds), monitors and analyses of precursors of chlorophenol and chlorobenzene are suggested for further indicial research.
