Speaking of the geosynclinal model, Taiwan is on the typical mobile or orogenic belt and is seismically very active at present. Except for the western coastal plain, the topography of Taiwan consists of the Central Range, Hsuchshan Range, and coastal Range whose direction is similar from north to south. Therefore, in Taiwan, many key highways and bridges, are located on steep mountains and torrents result in the difficulty of infrastructure judging from the physiographic and hydrologic condition. As for the crossing-river bridges situation in the western area of Taiwan result from in serious river bed descending, even few more than 10 meters, excessively river-sand mining from rapid economic development. This above event causes the denudation on bridge foundation that influenced bridge safety. This thesis discussed about the method that Taiwan Highway Bureau, maintaining the most of bridges - 4,563 and provincial highway, county highway and rural highway over 8,000 kilometers in Taiwan, will be take how to resume rapidly which happened from either slope failure or bridge damage by typhoon, heavy rain, earthquake, mud flow or scouring in order to keep safety and traffic way without obstruction. Furthermore, discussing the cause of the damage due to slope failure on the highway, earthquake damage on the bridge, the damage of debris flow on the bridge and highway, abrasion of bridge foundation so as to research a method of disaster prevention and protection. 韓 茂 樹 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 169 zh-TW |
