Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 89 === The theme of this thesis is to plan and develop software modules for direct load control of air conditioning load, which runs in the main computer of control center of broadband network based utility customer service system for Taiwan power company. The software modules allow the operator in control center to manage customer information and remote device, design different grouping schemes, set up various types of control strategies, as well as transmit control commands to data distributor via broadband network, the control commands can be dispatched to customer intelligent controllers through data distributor. Customer intelligent controllers will send back the monitored data to data distributor. Data distributor collects all the data and sends back to control center. This software module allows operators to analyze and manage the data collected from users. To consider most end users do not have network equipment at the beginning, this paper develops a software module that transmit the control and monitoring commands via radio paging system, the software system is called Data Acquisition and Management System. By Data Acquisition and Management System in control center, operators can transmit various monitoring commands. The commands are transmitted through paging system of telecommunication company. The Remote Data Collecting Unit installed at end user side receives and decodes the commands. According to the contents of the commands, the status and load monitored are send back to control center by end user’s telephone. In order to achieve efficient data feedback of the remote data collecting unit, this thesis develops the rule of dynamic sequencing method to improve the transmission efficiency of the monitored data.
