The quantity of different flame (inverted flame, M flame, conical flame) will be revealed in the paper. We also quality the temperature filed in the inverted flame, equivalent ratio equal 0.7, comparing to K type thermocouple’s measurement. Both high resolution CCD (1300*1030) and image software Inspector 3.0 are to use in catch gray vale of image. Instead of Hologram and the tedious of film to develop, we just use the CCD to replace. To eliminate speckle noise, the rotate ground glass will be used in measur-ement. We construct the once optical pathlength, double optical pathlength and four optical pathlength. The interferogram’s theory is Abel equation, Gladstone-Dale equation and the ideal gas equation to compute the refractive index and temperature field. The result reveal 30 K errors near the center even once optical pathlength and double optical pathlength. We use the cublic spline of clamp cond-ition for boundary condition and center condition obtain the suitable temperature. During the process, we also find the inverted flame (V-flame),M flame and conical flame ,and obtain the flammability limits by the parameter of equivalent ratio and Reynolds number . Both much more optical path should be used to get higher resolution and mico- gravity inverted flame technique which use magnetic force overcome the gravity force.
