碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 建築與都市設計研究所 === 89 === 「Living safty」is the important issue of human settlements.The crime problems still around our living environment.Espacially community open space is the one of the most important inhabitants activity space of the new type housing.So we must ensure the safty space around our settlements.It is based on the conviction that spatial design can play significant role in preventing crimes, particularly those releated to community open space intrusion, this thesis attempts a checking system for architects to design a more secure living environments. This research has built the community safty checking system from reviewing, the analysis of questionnair and cases study. Finding out sensitively community safty by overlay analysis. The emphasis of the dissertation was building community safty evaluation rules, community safty overlay analysis system to find out the sensitive community safty area. The research will assist community to find out the safty hiding problems and draft the improving sequence. Another the research will build damage evaluation of GIS (Geographic Information System), provide the better tools to community planners and remind planners to attach the community safty. This research divide to four sections: 1. Finding out the community damage factors. 2. Evaluating the danger degree of the open space at community. 3. Building the community safty overlay system. 4. Checking out the manage of sensitive community safty area and maintain facility.
