碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 生產系統工程與管理研究所 === 89 === Abstract The evolution of Electronic Business (e-Business, or EB) urges the industries to refine the business operation models, it is beneficial to expand the netting of business globally. It is vital to justify whether e-Business of business to business (B2B) operation model could lead the semiconductor industry to improve the business strategy planning and resource allocation, to increase the productivity and performance, to achieve the goals of enterprise, and to promote the core competences for future growth. The object of this research is concentrating on the semiconductor Fab (Wafer fabrication facility), the objective is to develop an evaluation model for Fab to analyze the needs, the Key Performance Indexes (KPI) and Key Successful Factors (KSF) for implementing e-Business. The outcome of this research is to design Electronic Balance Scorecard system (e-Balanced Scorecard) and the step-by-step evaluation models, which applied Delphi Technique, Balanced Scorecard, Radar chart and Benchmarking method. This evaluation model may provide the useful function of decision-supporting for the managements to refine the business strategies and goals, to manage the resources, to evaluate the operating performance, and to overcome the great change in the challenge world by implementing e-Business.
