The maturity of the Internet technologies and applications has cause the Internet shopping stores focus on personality service of customers’ relationship management. Amazon has used its special purchasing and costumer databases to analysis consumers'' behavior, grub about their preference, predict their consume style, and line out their possibly purchasing goods actively to get some additional revenues. It shows the importance of costumer and consumption database in Internet shopping stores. Although the importance of grubbing purchasing and costumer databases has made everyone to pay much attention on it, there’re still fewer documents. It attracts me to study the subject because the customers’ database is the framework of EC, and it can be the reference resources of CRM. This is a questionnaire survey. The subject of this study is to analysis the consumer''s preference in receiving goods'' method in difference kinds of physical goods. It defines the demographic statistics, 4 kinds of physical goods, the process property of receiving goods as independent variables, the methods of receiving physical goods as a dependent variable. It uses the chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, correlation to test their relationship. After the tests, we’ve found that demographic statistics variable, 4 kinds of physical goods variable, and the process property of receiving goods variable can reflection the customers’ preferences. The customers like the special deliver mostly. To get goods on connivance store is the new risen method. It cannot use general mail method to the customers when they’re buying food and flower goods. The student has the broadest acceptance on four kind methods of receiving goods. The above appearances are agreeing with the actuarial sociality. No whether what the receiving method is, the style of paying money on receipt of the goods is positive correlation with it. It is negative correlation with the receiving method when they using transfer accounts. It is negative correlation between general mail and speed demanding. And it’s positive correlation between speed demanding and other three kind of receiving method. At the last, we compare the difference between analysis results and the current practices of the Internet shopping stores. And we conclude some results from different demographic statistics properties for the Internet shopping stores to build up a costumer database in physical goods logistic.
