| Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業工程學系 === 89 === Facing the trend of electronic business , the issue “quick response to customers“ has became a key point to keep competition superiority for an enterprise. However , the problems of traditional maintenance parts operation are the operation process is too long , and the channel of finding suitable maintenance parts is narrow. It is the intent of this research to provide a maintenance parts information system for the machine tool industry.
We surveyed the current literature and interviewed five local machine tools manufacturers , then gathered the required process for maintenance parts operation , the information requirements , and the basic conditions for developing it. A prototype maintenance parts information system was implemented based on the requirements induced. The prototype system was subsequently shown to the machine tools manufacturers.
In short , the research 1. derived the information requirements , the required operation process for developing the maintenance parts information system for the machine tools industry through literature review and industry field interviews ; 2.constructed a prototype maintenance parts information system and demonstrated its soundness and feasibility.
