As a result, the ability to manage knowledge effectively and increase the company’s value have become the very important issue in the age of competition. We discover the existing knowledge management model lack of “popularity” and “simplicity” during the research. To solve the problem, we propose to use ISO 9000 quality assurance system as a foundation for developing knowledge models, since this system has the knowledge management function itself and is very popular in Taiwan. However, there are few researches of knowledge management model regarding ISO 9000 quality assurance system. We therefore first establish the propositions and discuss its “quality policy”, “document”, “audit”, and ”training”. We use case studies to demonstrate the propsition and understand how enterprises apply the concepts. Finally, on the basis of analysis of the theory and the result of the research, we develop a knowledge management model includes collecting, resuing, organization learing, and creating business value. The research results not only enforce the knowledge management theory, but to provide the successful adapters of ISO 9000 with reference resources.
