Most proxy servers make cache decision based on the names of receiving documents . Sharing cached documents among cooperative web proxy servers is an effective solution to reduce web traffic and alleviate network bottlenecks. In this paper, we propose a dynamic group proxy architecture to improve multimedia transmission. It uses quorum concept to improve the performance of cooperation multimedia data transmission. This architecture not only preserves the cooperation of proxy servers but also changes the cooperation partners as long as network environment is changed.
