Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 青少年兒童福利學系 === 89 === Abstract This is a qualitative research and purpose of research is to explore the case management in practice for single-parent family needs after chi-chi 921 earthquake. There are eleven cases in this research. Research data are form organization’s in- take reports, family date report and 921 out-reach reports. Result show that the common needs for single-parent family after chi-chi 921 earthquake are economic, work, residence, nurture, schoolwork, accommodate after disaster, and reestablishment. The especial needs for single-parent family after earthquake are interaction with family, interaction with ex-spouse, legislation, social relation and children’s peer relation. Case management workers deliver common style services for single-parent family with economic support, emotion support, parenting group, single-mother support group, nurture counsel, and unite another social services for single-parent family. Workers also deliver different style services for various characteristic single-parent families. For younger children with children care counsel and homework coach. For senior children with education counsel and connect school system to help them. For divorce single-parent with legislation and ex-spouse interaction counsel.
