On the other hand, owing to the different internal and external environment faced by each enterprise, the strategy adopted by each enterprise will be different. It has been claimed that when choosing work organization it will be helpful for the performance if the strategy is considered. This research is trying to explore the relationship between work organization and performance with strategy as the contingent variable. The empirical results show that the work organizations adopted within different strategy are not different significantly. However, the work organizations do affect the performance.
