The experimental results show that both average particle size and viscosity for photosensitive polyurethane ionomer molecule in aqueous solution appear to increase with increasing the concentration of TINUVIN328﹐hydroxypropyl acrylate and benzophenone﹐respectively. The intermolecular interaction between photosensitive polyurethane ionomer molecule and water molecule may make the free volume of the ionomer molecule become large. Thus﹐the average particle size and the viscosity for photosensitive polyurethane ionomer molecule increase. For the tensile strength of self-cured film of photosensitive polyurethane ionomer﹐it is seen to increase with increasing the concentration of hydroxypropyl acrylate and benzophenone﹐respectively . The is result of increased functional group linked to the backbone of photosensitive polyurethane ionomer molecule. The capability of crosslinking for weather-resistant polyurethane ionomer containing TINUVIN328 becomes weaker resulting in decreasing the tensile strength for this ionomer. In addition﹐the UV absorbance for photosensitive polyurethane ionomer molecule appears to increase with an increase of the concentration of TINUVIN328﹐hydroxypropyl acrylate and benzophenone﹐respectively﹐as a result of increased solubility in solvent. Experimental results indicate that﹐ under UV irradiation﹐the time of film formation for photosensitive polyurethane ionomer molecule in the presence of photoiniator appears to decrease with increasing the concentration of hydroxypropyl acrylate.This is the result of more free radical formed which may accelerate the film formation. 郭陽明 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
