Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 應用化學研究所 === 89 === The chemical constituents and bioactivities of Mercurialis leiocarpa and Cephalotaxus wilsoniana Hayata. were investigated. The cytotoxicity tests against HBeAg and HBsAg were performed by ELISA showed the crude extract of M. leiocarpa had moderate inhibitory activity. And Cephalotaxus alkaloids were known to exhibit anticancer activity. Various kind of chromatography were employed to isolate and purify the organic compounds while the structure elucidation were accomplished by accumulating data from spectroscopic methods and chemical reactions. Fifteen compounds including betulin (A), ergostan (3,11) -dion (B), ergosterol peroxide (C), kaempferol 3-O-glucoside (D), β-sitosterol, stigmasterol (E), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-1-glucopyranoside (F), vanillic acid (G), apigenin 7-O-β-glucoside (H), 3-epi-wilsonin (I), hainanolide (J), hainokiol (K), isopimaric acid (L), 7, 7'',4'-tri-o-methylamentoflavone (M), porial (N) and sugiol (O) were isolated. Compound A-G were isolated from genus Mercurialis for the first time. The bioactivity evaluation was investigated.
