| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 89 === As Internet becomes more and more popular, its user population and number of network equipment installed on it increase exponentially. While facing unpredictable usage volume, enterprises should have adaptive managing methods to manage their servers and network equipment.
In this paper, we first review the concept of SNMP and Mobile Agent on moni-toring and controlling network devices. Later, based on D. Gavalas et al’s model, we propose a network management model FMA (flexible Mobile Agent), which auto-mati-cally adjust the status of network equipment and hence improve their effi-ciency；In this Paper, we design the to promote the above system. This paper includes four parts.
