It uses the strategic allies to integrate the working process in the organization and between organizations to quickly respond the change of custom-ers’ needs.
This research is to study how manufactures provide information to their wholesal-ers of electronic accessories industry in the supply chain in Taiwan. By discovering the activities between manufactures and wholesalers and by collecting the data of se-lected manufactures, we found that the information processes between manufactures and wholesalers are lack of well design and proper integration. Some of these manu-factures are using personalization techniques to build their own web pages that provide related information to their customers on the Internet. However, the approaches they used are focus on presenting functions instead of offering individual information ac-cording to different wholesalers’ particular needs. Thus, the web pages for the whole-salers are filled with overloaded information. They are more complicated, messy, and hard to understand. It is inconvenient and difficult to manage when the wholesalers are using these pages.
To improve the process of communicating and negotiation between manufacturers and wholesalers, this study shows how the User-Centered Design is utilized to construct the Intelligent Interface on Internet. Different user models are constructed by means of the Fuzzy Inference depending on different information requirements and displaying preferences of wholesalers. So the wholesalers can quickly get the needed information and easily manage the information.
