碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 89 === The research is looking for the key factors lead to a successful investment in China by Taiwanese, and the relationship between the key success factors and the organization performance is discussed as well. Through the review of the theory papers and the opinions from people who work in the information technology and electronic fields conclude the possible variations that affect business management and organization per-formance merging into the survey of “The Key Factors of Successful Investment.” Then, using this survey as the basis of the important afterward analysis of this research. In the research 36 important variations of management are analyzed by factor analysis. 9 possible results are gotton; and then, using simple statistics ranking the av-erage of each reason as following order: 1.The ability of organization management and products development. 2.Improving the process on manufacturing products and stabilizing the material and transpotation. 3.The ability to train and manage the workers overseas and to operate the business legally. 4.To understand laws in China deeply and the ability to be flexibly response to the environment. 5.The ability to offer the most relative products as well and cost efficiency. 6.The ability getting the technology from other country to improve the products. 7.The ability to communicate with workers in China. 8.The ability to complete the welfare policy for workers in China. 9.The ability to renew the marketing skills and service supports. Using multiple regression to get how the 9 possible leading successful investment affects 3 principles(profit margin on sales, return on total assets, and return on common equity), which are to measure the organization performance. Finally, two regression functions are gotten. Profit margin on sales is affected by the ability of organization management and products development, the ability to communicate with workers in China, and the ability to train and manage the workers overseas and to operate the business legally. Return on total assets is affected by the ability to communicate with workers in China, the ability of organization management and products development, and the ability to train and manage the workers overseas and to operate the business legally.
