| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 89 === Evidence shows our citizen’s capital incomes are rising, and this proves Taiwan is gradually becoming a well-developed country. However, the quality of work by our public construction isn’t good enough as a well-developed country. For example, the construction has caused many public utilities problems in the past few years due to its unorganized construction developments, disqualified monitors, and uncompleted testing.
Let''s look at the life cycle of the public construction, it needs to go through several stages such as good planing, designing, and constructing to be able to finish. Each stage is almost as important as the others. It makes a big difference between a good job and a sloppy job. Especially during the constructing period, harmful effects on it were complicated, so in order to get the best results, the quality has to be fully in controlled, and also need to be more strict about evaluating the constructor which undertake the project and the performance of the supervising agency. Therefore, this research leads to the middle inspection systems; not only improving evaluation of the supervisor''s ability, it proposes an evaluation system on the constructors that undertake the project. Also develop a set of constructing quality evaluation prototype system, which helps getting a better management and guarantee to promote an upgrade of the construction quality.
