These improbable executions not only trigger the immediate disaster in construction but also become the potential disaster causes in future. Development of hillside architecture includes complex activities, which is unlike building in flats. The improbable executions affect the success of a project and other activities in direct or indirect ways. In addition, the analysis and judgment of a priority of each activity depends on subjective experience. Thus, this study focuses on establishing the factors and their weights, which are important for development consideration of hillside architecture. Firstly, this research acquires the Influencing Factor Set (IFS) in sundries activity phase. Then, identifying more effective influencing factors of IFS through interview with experts, questionnaire survey, and Gray Statistics Method. Finally, prioritizing the influencing factors and deriving their relative weights using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). The primary features of the study are as follows: (1) apply Gray Statistics Method to derive the influencing factors in sundries activity phase of hillside architecture, (2) recognize relative weights between the influencing factors using FAHP, and (3) according to the identified influencing factors, propose a construction procedure and related counterplots for the development of hillside architecture.
