Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 89 === The purpose of this thesis is to plan for the development of a multi-function railway transportation simulation program. The study includes simulation of train motion and power flow analysis. First, this research proposes necessary input items for establishing a railway network, describing mechanical characteristics of trains and installation of stations before running the simulator. It is shown as flow charts in every process. The programmer can arrange input and output data easily. Second, formulae and theories about train motions are studied and integrated with input data and parameters to simulate behaviors of train motion and traction power of every trip. The simulation results can be applied to train dispatch, timetable arrangement and power flow analysis. In addition, this research also investigate necessary input items for describing electrical characteristics of trains, ways of connections about catenaries, breakers and phase-breaks, as well as installation of traction substations. In order to apply input and output data to the analysis program, all execution processes are shown as flow charts. Finally, formulae and theories about power flow are studies and integrated with input data and parameters to calculate the voltage, current and power demand of traction substations, catenaries and every train. This research is planned for multi-train, multi-line, multi-system and multi-function, so that the program can be used on schemes for new railway systems and improvement of old railway systems. It also can serve as a tool for research organizations and related departments.
