This thesis proposes the concept of information integration to provide high quality and meaningful information for users. It describes in detail how an information integration system uses domain ontology to help solution extraction, cleaning, and integration to answer frequently asked questions. The system contains two phases, including solutions pre-processing and storage, and solutions integration and presentation. The former takes care of solution extraction, data cleaning, and representation unifying using the wrapper technique that contains a solution parser, a solution cleaner, and a solution transformer. A database manager is responsible for managing the storage and accessing of all solutions. It is also responsible for checking webpage classification in order to invoke the website model maintainer to properly maintain the classification of webpages or websites. The latter handles solution integration and presentation to the users.
