Lower capitalized cost became the major war zone, and profit will limit under this circumstance. Supply chain management theory will be applied into constructor business in this report. Supply chain management system will include factories and suppliers in the constructor business. It will get the optimal capitalized cost, and reasonable profit for everyone in this system through cooperation, overall estimate, and information exchange for each other. How to establish supply chain management system and introduce JIT system into production management of supply chain management system is the main point in the report. It will focus on factories produce procedure reconstruction, which includes purchase management of JIT system, transport management, demanders and material supplier combination chain. At the end, factories and suppliers will be integrated into one system, the factories should establish good relationship with suppliers in order to get more advantage.
