Disintegration and multipulation characterize post-modern society; postmodernism claim that knowledge is chaotic and human rights are irreducibile, so emphasize the reflexivity and tolerance at value judgement. The goal of traditional administrative law, based on the modern rationalism, is to establish a normal system that is simple, exact, highness, and unique, and that is obviously inconsistent to the trend of post-modern social development. This disstertation suggest that it is quite necessary using the ideas of reflexivity to replaces rationalism as the basic ideas of administrative law at value judgement and institutional designing. 黃錦堂 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 396 zh-TW
