Fly ash contains a lot of heavy metals, for this reason fly ash treatment is a researchful problem. The research contained two types of fly ash,wet APC system residues and semidry APC system residues.Fly ash contains much calcium oxide,and particle is small. Therefore, we can make use of the properties to discuss the adsorbality of fly ash. In the aspect of adsorbality experiment , the adsorbality of semidry APC system fly ash is better than wet APC system fly ash,and in higher balance concentration two types of fly ash is more adsorptive.In addition,the result curve of adsorbality is near to S curve, it applies to B.E.T mathmimic. In the aspect of heavy metal escape experiment, two fly ash have difference between escape of Pb、Zn、Cd、Cu. All the TCLP result of wet APC system fly ash is over the limit of law, but only the escape of Cd.of semidry APC system fly ash doesn’t conform to regulations. About pretreatment, we can realize the removal of Cd is a great quantity whenever acid or water pretreatment. In the ionchlorine escape experiment, the escape amout of semidry APC system fly ash is about two times the amout of the wet APC system fly ash.
