Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 電機工程學研究所 === 89 === The aim of this thesis is to study the integrated boost-mode power converter. We can save space of the boost-mode power converter by integrating the control circuit. Also we can make the boost-mode power converter get high frequency, low supply current, high efficient by the control circuit. Because in boost-mode power converter voltage mode compensation will make output voltage depend on the input voltage. It need current mode compensation to make circuit in the stable situation.
The basic principle and the practical design considerations of the boost-mode power converter are also included. The experiments on a d.c. 1.5~2.5v input voltage and 3.3v output voltage boost-mode power converter verify the theoretical analysis, meet the pre-design specification on output voltage, induct current and other factors.
