The study propose topic of thesis on the chiu-tou leisure farm. It identified and discussed the strength, weakness,opportunity and threats which exist in current management and development in the farm. Based on the findings, the major conclusion can be drawn as follow: 1.Social economical change of Taiwan which stimulate the people to establish leisure farms in Taiwan. 2.General situation of leisure farms in Taiwan. 3.Case studies of operation of chiu-tou leisure farm. 4.Future prospect of leisure farms.
