Based on the findings, the major conclusion can be drawn as follow: 1.Social economical change of Taiwan which stimulate the people to establish leisure farms in Taiwan. 2.General situation of leisure farms in Taiwan. 3.Case studies of operation of chiu-tou leisure farm. 4.Future prospect of leisure farms.
