Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 89 === Electronic marketplaces are virtual marketplaces where buyers and suppliers meet to exchange information about prices and product and service offerings, and to negotiate and carry out business transactions. Nowadays Electronic marketplaces can provide much more context to B2B relationships. They are not only transactions, but automating all interactions and full range of business processes between enterprises. Buyers and sellers are more than buyers and sellers. They are enterprises with a full range of complex interactions that lead to or stem from commerce. In this paper we proposed that we use the interoperability of workflow systems and nested process modeling to simulate the integration of the processes between the electronic marketplaces and enterprises. With the standard process templates in the electronic marketplaces, the processes within enterprises could be seamlessly integrated into the whole commerce processes. And via the processes integration, the transactions between businesses will be more efficient.
