The study site was Guandu natural park. The data was collected through on-site interview and analyzed by factor analysis, quick cluster, Chi-square test and canonical analysis. The results were summarized as follows, and discussed the possible effect factors: 1.The visitor''''''''s characteristics and environmental attitudes type In general attitude type included the visitors who were 19-25 years older, under senior high school, living in orther county, not a member of environmental organization, and got the informations from internet, radio, and friends or family. In environmental learning attitude type included the visitors who were 26-35 years older, college or above and senior high school, living at Taipei and Taipei county, a member of environmental organization, and got the informations from school or orther ways. In potential ecotourism environmental attitude type included 26-35 years older, college or above, living at Taipei and Tpipei county, not a member of environmental organization and got the informations from newspaper, magazines and television programs. 2. Environmental attitudes and environmental behavior The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between environmantal attitude and behavior of ecotourism. The study site is Guandu natural park. The data was collected through on-site interviews and analyzed by factor analysis and canonical analysis. The main result was there were two relationships between environmantal attitudes and behavior of ecotourism. First, if visitors were more control over environment, felt no responsibility for environment, and did not care about the effect of human''''''''s activities on environment, they would have more of destruct behavior during the travel. On the orther hand, if they would like to join environmental education, have correct attitudes of ecological relationship, and have more of agreement with environmental operate strategies, they would more actively participate in environmental protection actions, and be willing to join environmental education and unterstand the different culture. It gave one proof that environmental attitudes can predict behavior. Yann-Jou Lin 林晏州 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 100 zh-TW
