The inserted DNA of RRS could be detected with primer-pairs 35S-f-EPSPS-r in soybeans containing 1% RRS and soybean milk / tofu made from soybeans containing 20% RRS. The commercial soybeans containing RRS more than 20%. Of 7 commercial soybean milk and 5 tofu samples , recombinant DNA was detected from 2 soybean milk samples and 2 tofu samples. 2 soybean milk samples were not detected.
