Cross analysis shows that 3722.24 ha of forestland were changed to be cultivating land, and 1284 ha to be collapse land. Water area decreases 281.44 ha. Village population change analysis indicates that population growth rate is higher on the high aborigine percentage, population flow out on the low aborigine percentage. The tribe attribute is a factor of population change. The length of road constructed increases 17.33% between 1980-1996, but fame path increases about 79.81%. The increase of fame path length describes the traffic convenience and accessibility on hillslope cropping of the local civilian. Results conclude that traffic improvement provides convenience and accessibility on cropping and transportation of fame products from hillslope.
