Traditional terminal like telephone, television, and computer is changing to new network architecture and computerized terminal. KIOSK is the newest generation e-terminal. By different type of enclosure provide people living convenience. Such as web pay phone, ticketing machine, visual banking are more and more popular appliance. Not just time saving but also enhance process efficiency. The purpose of this thesis is trying to find out the key success factors, which are base on current industrial case study. Hope thru thesis suggestion can help Taiwan KIOSK industrial avoid potential risks and become world-class player. Since KIOSK is still new to market, there is few study data can be reached. Hope this thesis can be reference by industrial and academic for further research to improve our daily life. KIOSK player is the major role of KIOSK business model. KIOSK industrial wills growth only when consumer gets benefit. It’s also means the player gets attractive profit to carry on business. The following suggestion is the conclusion of this thesis. 1.FAST:Keeping content simple instead of multi-functional context. It will keep minimal waiting time and increase user number, which is benefit for transaction income. 2.EASY:User-friendly interface should be implemented thru multi-medium to help consumer easy to use KIOSK. Easy use can reduce operation error & minimize usage time. 3.Choice:Any credit card or ATM card should be accepted without any extract charge. Currently cleaning system still charges $17 handling charge. It is an obstacle should be removed. 4.Internationalize platform: Choose advance country’s s/w development platform for system stability and future upgrade capability. It will save s/w development time and benefit for future alliance with the same platform user. 5.Availability:Keeping KIOSK ready for service is very important for KIOSK player. Both regular maintenance and consumable refuel will keep KIOSK on good condition for service. Remote control will reduce the repair time.
