Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 89 === [ABSTRACT] The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the main factors of strategy construction when transferring to E-banking, as well as to infer the strategy meaning of e-banking. This paper reported the development background and current situation、definition and characteristics and the related theory and feasibility study of e-banking. This report is based on environmental、organization、cost、technology four respects to further discuss the banker has to deal with the main factors while visualize the e-banking. At last, referring to the previous papers on the subject of e-commercial and computerized banking technology, this paper will summarize the main factors, by which the E-banking is deeply involved. This paper is concluded from the carefully designed investigations and face to face interviews with the supervisor of computer department or related department of e-banking of two governmental banker and one private banker and one newly invested private banker. From those first hand information, 12 subjects has been summarized. The results showed that the main reason for the most of the bankers directing into E-banking is on the demand of supervisor or sales department or under the pressure of the competing environment, only few are because of cost reducing and well- developed technology. In the whole process, it not only required the support of the management, but also the operation members with fully acknowledge of the related technology. Only in such a circumstance, the whole process can be done smoothly. At present, the e-banking system are ATM, phone-banking, Internet banking, mobile banking and PDA banking, which is designed to assist end user to utilize various financial service. Though in general the competition strategy of banking industry is quite aggressive, the overall construction of e-commercial and the habits of consumer still sticking to the counter desk as well as restriction of banking low; the system function is still limited, the sales quantity of amount is far beyond expected。However the prospect of reducing banking operating cost and of providing every possible financial service is the positive reason why all the banker is devoted in such a investment。 This report is summarized out 12 subjects, which believed to be a good reference for internal bankers to evaluate the effectiveness of the system while setting up their e-banking system as well as to be a source of internal scholar for their further investigation on the related subject.
