At, international standard organization announces the ISO 9000 editions of 3rd in December 2000, requirement gets each enterprise of certificate, must complete the systematic action of form correcting before the end of December 2003, enterprise have to look closely at this original duration with systematic quality again certainly, trade should think deeply how to put up by this opportunity adjustment quality system, increase its market competition ability, promotion whole are produced can lead with product very well, and ensure that will not cause organization knowledge because of floating people loose or is excessive file melt , and form the resource waste and difficulty utilized. This research major purpose is as follows: 1.Analyses from estate with the general situation of quality system, and discuss this research the case company''s quality management system of Prodisc Technology INC., transport between ISO 9000 quality systematic and articulated organization knowledge’s the relation made. 2.Through document, discuss the research that is basic with theory, know quality systematic establishment, have what basic division must consider at the same time analysis, work as establishment quality system organize knowledge with articulated, can get those knowledge’s division influence. 3.From discuss articulated organization knowledge for establishment quality each systematic influence division, and definition variance, so as build do good to articulated organize knowledge in analysis for quality systematic establishment influence of model. 4.Hope understands it by the case analyses, when establishment quality system, since the link of each quality campaign from articulated organization knowledge, what factor affects quality management operation. And discuss the firm in current system, the direction that will be strengthened and adjusted yet is what. 5.This paper will make suggestion, for the firm to adjustment quality system ,be able to aim at establishment quality system reference； give industry related suggestion, make it grasp major influencing factor, to avoid occur resource waste or use inconvenient problem etc. which in quality management and organization knowledge are utilized. According to the chapter 3, foundation and document are looked back hint, with case company''s depth to talk result, build make articulated organization knowledge for quality systematic establishment influence model , list 7 division and 44 variances, suit to investigate result use statistical analysis, principle component analysis and factor analysis, get following research result. If will make each procedure of quality system can link closely and efficiency, depend on practice these 8 major influencing factors：「production procedure management factor」,「the conversion of knowledge and share factor」,「management responsibility and support action factor」,「correct , prevent and monitor factor」, 「quality promise, acknowledge, operation habits and communication pattern factor」,「R&D and improvement ability factor」,「company''s knowledge circulation factor for external unit」, and 「carry out organization decision pattern effect factor」.
