Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 89 === Knowledge management helps enterprises developing sustainable competencies, increasing productivity of knowledge workers, and minimize cost. The research is focus on the model construction of knowledge management, and analyzing the most related tools of KM. General speaking, the information technology application of knowledge management includes five categories: business intelligence, collaboration, knowledge Transfer, knowledge discovery and mapping, and expertise system. After the compete framework has been build, the case study is used to validate this model. This dissertation would find out how the enterprises processing KM and discussed most common KM methods.
Knowledge Management originates from Knowledge Strategy designing. It sets up the direction of knowledge developing and prepares for reorganization. The later is knowledge acquisition, internal knowledge revolution and external knowledge transfer. And then, knowledge can be extracted into textual or visual objects. Or it can be structured and stored in organization structure for a better information distribution. Moreover, using knowledge evaluation analysis reviews the feedback of the knowledge developing process in order to preparing for knowledge renewing and evaluating benefits of knowledge acquisition. Finally, the last phase is modifying knowledge the strategy and starting another knowledge management cycle.
