ABSTRACT The trend of global logistic management and the tendency of consumer’s consciousness shorten the distance between industry and consumers. Only the supply of service and products fit for consumer’s demand can promote the competitive power of building industry in the market and get good profits. So we make an investigation about consumer demand of building industry to find out its characteristics. This is necessary and of importance. Our analysis results about the characteristics of consumer demand of building industry may be applied in various public and private departments for reference of administration and industry promotion.
