Of these issues, the optimal scale of the material distribution center is the one that has not yet been studied among relevant researches within the country. Since the investment cost of the material distribution center at international harbor is oftentimes more than billion of dollar, the failure and success of which will easily affect the operation performance of the harbor, it is thus necessary that we have to conduct an optimal investigation pertaining to the material distribution center. In the optimal scale evaluation model for material distribution center, the evaluation model will base on the features of problem and have it put into two stages. At the first stage, it will be of multiple objective programming model as sequential decision making space problem will make use of multiobjective programmoing to seek for non-inferior solution. And that will become the alternative for the second stage. The second stage is of fuzzy deduction evaluation model, which will use the alternative obtained from the first stage and utilize mulitple criteria evaluation method to look for the optimal alternative. However, interviewees oftentimes are unable to express exactly the relationship of ratio among the criteria when they are to decide the preference structure. Thus, this study has employed fuzzy deduction mechanism to build up a set of fuzzy deduction evaluation model because this fuzzy deduction evaluation model is able to help the interviewees to demonstrate the ranking of criteria. As a result, alternative evaluation can thus be conducted. This paper will focus on Taipei International harbour for practical resolution of the optimal scale about material distribution center. And this study will explain the optimal scale put forward in this study as well as how this illustration can be conducted. 蕭再安 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 89 === Among those relevant items of studies with regard to material distribution center at international harbor, they include the strategy, scale, location, and allocation of such material distribution center.
