This study ends with several suggestions for a better evaluation for further reference. The paper is organized as follows: a literature review, an analysis of the aims, the meanings, and the models of school evaluation, and problems and implications to evaluate senior high schools, senior vocational schools, high schools, and comprehensive high schools in Taiwan.
