To fulfill the study purposes, methods of literature analysis and case study were utilized. After analyzing related theoretical litertures of OLC with meaning, function, orientation and OLC’s contents, ten case studies of famous high-tech corporates were finished. In accordance with data analysis of each case and cross case comparison and discussion, this study established the framework and contents of OLC for high-tech corporates. The main conclusions are drawn in the followings:(1)The important framework and contents of OLC consist of learning level, learning stage, and learning enviroment. The organization memory is the core of OLC''s development. The learning level includes individual, team, organization and level transferring. The lerrning stage includes knowledge acquire, disseminate, utilize, and storage. And the learning enviorment includes learning mood, learning system, encourage management, and technology utilizing; (2)The high-tech corporate need actively to transfer individual learning to team or organizational learning; (3)The choices of learning styles of different high-tech corporates were corresponding with the characteristics of the life period of corporates; (4)There are considerably emphasizing and should be good at technology utilizing, in order to facilitate OLC’s development of high-tech corporates; (5) There were attach important to continuous education in mostly high-tech corporates. 田振榮 李隆盛 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 368 zh-TW
