In the first experiment, we can get the best battery performance composition is Zn : Al=77.7:22.3(wt.%) in different ratio between Zn and Al. There is another experiment for Zn-Al alloy use digestion method to promote the surface area of Zinc plate. We can use this method to promote performance, as Zinc is more than 77.7 wt. % , but as Zinc is less then 77.7 wt. %, performance will be worse. We design three Zn- Mg alloys melt in vacuum environment in second experiment. It’s because Mg will precipitate first, and we don’t get pure intermetallic compound we design.
