In this research, to achieve a set of integrated supervisory system which has graphic monitor, image inspection, motion control etc. three function modules. And through the integration of among modules, to achieve four common factory automation examples that are remote-monitor factory locality data collection system, remote-monitor factory motor position control system, remote-monitor factory image inspection system, remote-control factory automation inspection system. In this research, to achieve a set of integrated supervisory system which has graphic monitor, image inspection, motion control etc. three function modules.
