The services of internet doesn’t restrict time and space and have characteristic of close, real, interactive and different ways of communication. Therefore, designing a good website to deliver a company’s vision, image, and marketing of a product, results in close to customers, and promoting the competitive ability between the industries which are very important. The technology of biotechnology has profound influences on human beings, but also with it’s high profit return that makes every advanced country to rush into conducting research on it. Without doubt, the biotechnology has been regarded as a star industry of this century. As above, this study take biotechnology company in Taiwan as research target, firstly using fuzzy delphi to extract important factor, then using the proportion hazard model of survival analysis to estimate the survival time of websites. The conclusions indicate that the more supporters and the more search-engines registered will cause much longer web lifetime. Besides, if having abundant information of biotechnology provided it will make a positive relation to the websites.
