description 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 資訊教育研究所 === 89 === This study mainly discusses the comparisons between web-based teaching module and traditional teaching module of the effects on the degrees of satisfaction and learning achievement for those who pursue in-service education, which is known through the stages of systematic planning, systematic analyses, and systematic design for the purpose of establishing a web-based teaching system with appropriate web-based teaching strategies for in-service teacher education for senior high school teachers. In this study, therefore, some suggestions will be made for the reference of designing in-service courses for senior high school teachers. The subjects of this study are those senior high school teachers who attended the symposium of “Web-page Design Courses” in 2000. Those web-page design courses are divided into two groups: one group consists of 123 teachers, the courses of which are web-based teaching module and the other group consists of 33 teachers, the courses of which are traditional teaching module. The tools in this study include “the demo version of in-service web-based teaching system for teachers”, “the questionnaires of the degrees of satisfaction”, and “the interview worksheet of learning achievement. With the experiment of the above tools as well as the following data analyses, interview and triangle tests, the conclusions are accessed in the following. 1.Teachers are satisfied with the in-service education on computing courses, among which they are mostly satisfied with “administrative organizations”, “ the contents of materials” and “learning modules”. 2.The degrees of satisfaction between traditional teaching module and web-based teaching module are similar except for the “interpersonal communications”. 3.Teachers in the group of traditional teaching module achieve more excellently in the comprehension of courses, the completion of assignments comparing to those in the group of web-based teaching module. 4.Those teachers in the group of web-based teaching module achieve better in the application of teaching in the classroom practice. 5.Those teachers who are more independent in the group of web-based teaching module stand out in the learning achievement. 6.The appropriate web-based system should be composed of the sub-systems of learning, teaching and strategies. 7.The module appropriate web-based system for senior high school teachers should be composed of the modules independent learning, cooperative learning, assignments and achievement tests, and classroom management. The conclusions of this study above further indicate such suggestions to the authorities concerned, schools, and teachers as follows. 1.It is suggested that a systematically incorporated web-based system should be constructed to increase the effects on in-service education. 2.It is recommended that teachers should be able to provided with multi-accessible opportunities of in-service education and the recognition of web-based teaching credits should be another focus. 3.It is suggested that teachers should be encouraged to construct their own websites to access real-time information and update resources. 4.It is recommended that administrative supportive forces should be applied when it comes to construct in-house web environment. 5.It is proposed that teachers’ in-service training should be enhanced, in particular in-house workshops. 6.It is proposed that traditional strategies should be improved to strengthen the training of Information Technology Integrated Instruction. 7.Web-based teaching system can become more interesting and make good use of the design of teaching strategies. 8.Teachers should be encouraged to attend in-service workshops to enhance their e-generation power. 9.The web-sites of various subjects should be constructed to offer full-time teaching service. The above conclusions aim at the improvement of the implementation of web-based teaching system on the in-service education for senior high school teachers.
