| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險系 === 89 === In theories among the Die and Mold industry,We have focus on the capabilities of design, manufacturing, and assembly, but ignored the risk of material supply,distribution, and product delivery. Since the financial-crisis, the manufactures started to pay attention to the risk management. Besides of the typical risks of the Die and Mold industry, like R&D, design, and defects, there are more unknown risks involved since the development of economy and technology, the raising cost of labor. In addition, the use of new technology are also extending the risks of the Die and Mold industry. The result show a research pattern to find out some risk throught firm questionnaires and risk analysis in the Die and Mold manufacturing firm.
The large effect of risk is production factor in Die and Mold industry . The production risk takes the major leads that also tell the importance of Die and Mold industry in production process . Therefore, the of Die and Mold industry should establish related risk management against the risk in production process.
