| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 國防資訊研究所 === 89 === Due to the evolution of era and the rapid development of politics & economics and the enormous progress of communication science & technology, the requirement of diversified communities is urgent to limited radio spectrum resource. And the authority for radio spectrum management belongs to the Ministry of Communications certainly in order to the efficiency of national combined resource application. The authority for radio spectrum management belongs to the Ministry of National Defense under the principle of maintaining national security before. Because of facing change and trend for former description, radio spectrum management for military application must be modified so that it can meet the highly changeable need of radio spectrum management now and future.
Radio spectrum allotment and assignment is one of the important core tasks for radio spectrum management, the object of this study is to introduce applied model (e.g. Dynamic Programming, AHP, Markov Chain) in order to set architecture of radio spectrum allotment and assignment mechanisms for military. We hope it can support some better-related parameters in time to decision makers to consult in radio spectrum allotment & assignment when critical factors of circumstance have changed and promote the efficiency of radio spectrum management for military.
