Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 資源管理研究所 === 89 === According to the viewpoint of Geopolitics and the follow-up researches on analysis of relevant situation factors of Fiedler’s contingency theory in 1967, we conduct questionnaires to government organizations, military and academic institutions. We use statement statistics, multiple regression analysis, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe’s posterior comparison to analyze data. The following are the findings. 1.In order to maintain the military balance between the two sides of the Taiwan straits, the budget of national defense should be increased. 2.The scale of the national defense budget must at least maintain it’s current level within the government’s total budget. Only then the concept of a decisive extraterritorial battle is realistic. 3.In order to reach the goal to decisive extraterritorial battle effectively. The government has to enforce of national defense technological research work and to training. 4.An increase of the gross national product (GNP) can lead to an increase of the scale of the national defense budget. Then there will be a relatively ability to develop a higher level of a decisive extraterritorial battle.
