| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 資源管理研究所 === 89 === “401 Mapping Plant of Combined Service Force” (abbreviated as 401) is the object to be surveyed of this study. “The military operation fund of manufacturing and service” was in process in 1996 in this plant.
The product area of 401 could be classified into the products of government planning-programming budgeting, military authorities, and the other business organizations.
To sustain the production scale and reduce the dependence on the budget of the government for defense, the 401 must increase the product amount of military authorities and business organization. Because this study considers each order as a project, hence 401 will face the project selection problem among product orders.
After using in-depth interviews, this study collected factors related with project selection in 401.Then we used “AHP method in subjective analysis approach” and “PCA and stepwise regression methods in objective approach” to obtain factor weights and significance factors, respectively.
After using goal programming method to propose a project selection model, we used some cases to test the availability of proposal model.
The proposed model and selection procedure of this study can help 401 to select projects efficiently and consistently.
