Even so, it is excited and inconceivable that the Internet and the telecommunication will be combined. Therefore, in the Post-PC Era the so-called Information appliances or the Internet appliances will be the most important tools that get the information and communication anytime and anywhere, and in the ubiquitous ideal environment the necessary kill application will be fixed our eyes upon and become the focus. JAIN (Java APIs for Integrated Networks) is so. The JAIN is a set of Java technology based APIs which enable the rapid development of next generation telecom products and services on the Java platform. We rely on JAIN concept technology to present the core of the integrated, componential, and multi-function system. The integrated API interface will be implemented with Java-based Service Creation Environment (SCE) and used the J2EE(JAVA 2 Enterprise Edition) to build, deploy, and develop enterprise-class server side applications. By means of the middleware infrastructure, we implemented to call methods on those remote objects as if they were local. We created a JAIN-like service like the mail gateway system and the VoD system (Video on Demand) to display the application. The implementation result was illustrated in the thesis. In the future, it is clear that telecommunication networks will be integrated networks of packet switched and circuit switched, and also that to provide the large portfolio to offer in these networks, open network APIs will be required. We can depend on the JAIN network topology provides carriers with the ability to deploy next generation network services on devices inside or at the edge of the integrated network.
