This method was aimed at minimizing the steps of preatreatment and determining several analytes simultaneously. The detection limits are 50ppb for methamphetamine、MDMA and morphine, respectively. Linearity was observed in the concentration range 50-4000ppb for all analytes. The SIA system renewable based on inhibition acetylcholinesterase for organophosphorous determination was explored too. This system are feasible to renewable the enzyme reactor when enzyme was inhibited by pesticides during the analysis. Thus the time consuming regeneration step can be removed and maintain the activity of the enzyme every time in the reactor. The detection limits are 50ppb for paraoxon and 5ppb for carbofuran. Linearity was observed in the concentration range of 50-500ppb for paraoxon and 5-50ppb for carbofouran. 蘇宏基 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 111 zh-TW
