Teachers are from public schools in Yun-lin country , Chia-yi country , Chia-yi city,and total of 700 questionnaires were sent out, and 573 were responded, which shows 82% of returning rate. The data was analyzed through statistical method such as mean , standard deviation , Cronbach α reliability analysis, item analysis, and one way ANOVA. Based on the aforementioned research results obtained as follows: 1. Most principles and teachers support the implementation of gender equity education. 2.The teachers have to realize and use the teaching-strategies. 3.Most teachers never attend any research about gender education. 4.The teachers who are female、less than thirty yeas old、less than five years of teaching 、never attend any research、the school size of less than 12 classes and in faraway school place think never take any help. 5.The teachers who are female、forty —one to fifty years old 、high-level of education 、high level of in-service education and big-size school more support the implementation of gender equity education. 6.The teachers who are in faraway school place more support the implementation of gender equity education, the possible reason maybe from the samples are more female. At last, there were more advises for administration, school administration, and suggestions to further researches.
